Our Couriers

Innovative technology may help to improve performance and efficiency, but KOLI Express always believes human resource holds the key to success. We make sure our couriers are equipped with sufficient skills, hence all new recruits are required to undergo training for the following:

  • Road knowledge – each courier is trained to master own zone area to maximize productivity.
  • Handling of e-tracking device – to ensure proof of delivery is perfectly captured and updating is correctly done for delivered and undelivered shipments.
  • Customer service oriented – we train our couriers for basic customer service skill, this is to make sure customers will have pleasant experience with our services.
  • Road safety – we train our couriers to practice courtesy and road safety all the time.
